  • Booking Policy for Country World Adventures by Inter Hispaniola S.R.L.

1. Booking Process

  1. Reservation Requirements: Reservations can be made in advance through our online platform or in person at our park. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking if booked online.
  2. Confirmation: Once a booking is made, a confirmation email will be sent with the details of your reservation.
  3. Group Bookings: For group bookings (more than 10 people), please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
 

2. Payment

  1. Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  2. Deposits: Deposits may only be made if specifically agreed upon by Country World Adventures by Inter Hispaniola S.R.L. If a deposit arrangement is made, the remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.
  3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, paypal and cash.
 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Customer Cancellations:
    • More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund. *Conditions apply 
    • Less than 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund. *Conditions apply 
    • No Show at pick up: No refund.
    • For Cruise Passengers: If for any unforeseen circumstances your Cruise in unable to dock at port, you will receive a full refund.

  1. Company Cancellations: If Country World Adventures by Inter Hispaniola S.R.L. needs to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an option to reschedule will be offered.
  2. *Cancellations for discounted prices: All bookings made using promotional discount codes or other discounted offers are final. Refunds are not available for discounted bookings, including activities, events, and experiences, except in the following cases:
    • Weather-related Cancellations: In the event of adverse weather, the activity provider will determine if conditions are safe for participation. If we decide it is unsafe or impossible to proceed, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
    • Cruise Ship Schedule Changes: If your cruise ship is unable to dock at the scheduled port, you will be eligible for a full refund.

    For other circumstances, discounted bookings remain non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your booked activity. While we cannot guarantee rescheduling for discounted bookings, we will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

 

4. Changes and Rescheduling

  1. Customer-Initiated Changes: To make changes to your reservation, please call us or use our contact form.
  2. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their tour at no additional charge if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. If customers request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the tour an additional fee may apply.
 

5. Participation Requirements

  1. Waivers: All participants must sign a waiver before participating in the tour.
 

6. Liability

Country World Adventures by Inter Hispaniola S.R.L. is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of personal property during the tour. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.
