COVID-19 Safety Measurements

Our customer’s well-being has always been our priority; therefore, we have taken all necessary steps to make Country World Adventure Park a covid free zone! All our adventures are fully operational, respecting the following safety measurements below: 

TRANSPORTATION:

• Temperature check before boarding the vehicle (not allowed to enter the vehicle if temperature exceed 38°C / 100 °F)
• Face masks are required during the entire transportation
• Hand sanitizer available during transportation
• Vehicles are sanitized after each transfer
• We reserve the right to accept or decline transportation for participants with the following symptoms (fever, dry cough, respiratory difficulties)

AT THE PARK:

• Activities like Ziplines, Horseback Riding, ATV’s, Tropical Garden, will only operate in small groups 
• Social distancing of minimum 2m / 6ft at all time
• Face masks required for guests in public areas
• All equipments will be sanitized after being used
• Bathrooms are equipped with liquid soap and sanitizer
• Bathrooms are being sanitized regularly
  
• Pool can be used, respecting the social distancing of minimum 2m / 6ft
• Lunch will be served per plate. No buffet available. 

OUR GUIDES

• All our staff got the COVID-19 vaccine.
  
• Regular temperature checks each day before entering the facility
  
• Face masks required for guides in public areas
• Guides regularly wash and sanitize their hands
• Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms
