We recommend
- to bring swimwear, towel, comfortable sport shoes, t-shirt, shorts/pants, change of clothes, sun protector & insect repellent and a waterproof camera
- to wear closed toe shoes and pants during activities (flip-flops or skirts only after activities)
Not recommended for pregnant women and participants with heart complaints, back problems, walking disabilities, etc.

- of the maximum weight for zip lines and horseback riding: 260 lbs or 118kg (44 inches | 130 cm waist, 31 inches | 80 cm legs)
- that no horseback riding skills are required. Full basic instructions will be provided
